Our company's paper bowl production workshops cover an area of 2,000 square meters, all of which are fully enclosed and purified. We have obtained the National Industrial Product Production License and relevant quality system certifications. We possess 3 sets of 998ml paper bowl machines with a daily capacity of 300,000 pieces (equipped with 3 automatic testing machines), 2 sets of 980ml paper bowl machines with a daily capacity of 200,000 pieces, 2 sets of 850ml paper bowl machines, 2 sets of 750ml paper bowl machines, and 8 sets of 1250ml paper bowl machines. With an annual production of 250 million paper containers of various specifications and models, including instant noodle paper bowls, disposable paper cups, promotional cups, coffee cups, milk tea cups, tasting cups, etc., we use high-end double and single PE coated paper as materials, adopt water-based ink printing, and employ advanced technology and production equipment. We can customize various specifications of paper bowls, paper cups, and promotional cups according to customer needs, featuring heat resistance, oil resistance, non-toxicity, odorlessness, and pollution-free characteristics. All products fully comply with national food packaging hygiene standards.
